from Computer Technologies Group
Purchases can be returned for refund within 7 days from date of receipt.
Refunds or credits do not include original shipping, handling and /
or delivery fees. All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original
receipt and must be in the original, undamaged packaging. No refunds
or exchanges are allowed after 7 days.
An open box fee equal to 15% of the purchase price will be charged
on any opened item, unless the item is defective and exchanged
for the exact same item. The 15% open box fee will be assessed
at the time of refund or exchange.
Opened software, DVD movies, pre-recorded videos, game cartridges,
and consumables such as ink or cleaning cartridges and paper may
ONLY be exchanged for the exact same item and may NOT be returned
for refund.
Shipping fees will not be refunded if shipment is refused at time
of delivery.
Computer Technologies Group will not accept the return of any
item if the UPC code has been removed from the packaging.
Refunds on purchases made with a credit card will be posted to
the original credit card used at the time of sale.
